The British MotoGP moved to it's new home at Silverstone. The new specially for bikes circuit was a hit with fans and riders alike. The new layout encouraged great overtaking action particularly in the 125cc and Moto2 races. Bradley Smith and Scott Redding did us British fans proud and gave us much to cheer. In the premier class Jorge Lorenzo treated us to a Master Class. The biggest winners was of course the British fans who now have a world class bike racing facility. Sure there are still areas for improvement. But we can now enjoy great circuit food, spotless toilet facilities and most importantly you can get in out of the circuit in matter of minutes, the 3 hour queue to leave the Donington circuit is a painful but distant memory.
