Mugello 2007 will be remembered for the atrocious weather on Saturday qualifying. It didn't just rain it poured, driving most fans for cover in the huge catering tents. But the weather didn't dampen spirits too much. The beer was good and plentiful and the Italian food superb and when the MotoGP qualifying session started the sun attempted to put in a brief appearance. But enough of the doom and gloom. Mugello 2007 was a blast. MotoExpress guests were treated to the very finest Tuscan hospitality. Staying in one of Italy's finest hotels. Situated in the walls of a medieval hill top village, the views over the Tusacan landscape were incredible. Our guests had travelled far and wide to be with us, South Africa, Australia and California to name but a few. When we arrived at the circuit on Sunday it looked like we were in for more of the same awful weather. Buit then the sun broke through, drying up the circuit. All the races were fabulous and Valentino proved why he is still the man to beat, taking a sensational 6th Mugello hard fought victory. Mugello exploded, track invasions, stunts we saw it all. Back at the hotel we enjoyed a wonderful evening in the hotel's restaurant enjoying a traditional Tuscan feast. A brilliant end to a wonderful weekend. Thanks to all our guests who made this a truly memorable event. For details of other fabulous MotoGP weekends visit the MotoExpress website http://www.motoexpress.co.uk
